Once this foundation is in place and onboarding is complete, we transition to ongoing maintenance and advisory, guided by the spirit of constant improvement.

Initial Consultation(s)

Top level conversations about your bookkeeping, reporting, and operational needs. We will create a proposal and roadmap for review of books, onboarding, and/or initial monthly service.

First Review of the Books

A thorough review of your accounts and workflow. Clean up begins and transactions are posted, and we learn more about your business challenges and goals.

Onboarding

Chart of accounts is updated; all transactions are caught up. Financial reporting is put into place. During this time, we will develop a strategic plan of action to address any opportunities within your company’s operational and financial tracking ecosystem.

Ongoing Maintenance

Transaction processing, reporting, and support as needed, with a set monthly cost – no surprises.
